Alpaca Treks and Experiences
Walking our alpacas is a fun and memorable experience for everyone and there's plenty of other animals to meet along the way!
You'll be welcomed with a short talk about all things alpaca then you will meet and choose your walking buddy and help prepare them for the walk.
We will head out through farmland and moorland following the footsteps of the Brontë sisters and take in the beautiful local scenery.
Upon return to the farm, you will relax with your alpaca and take the time to meet some of our other wonderful animals.

Bookings: Please complete your booking online as we are unable to take booking over the phone unless you have a voucher, in which case please contact us and we will sort your booking for you.
Supervision: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by paying adult and can walk their own alpaca from the age of 12.
Parents of children under 5 years of age must feel confident that their child can walk the full distance of the trek or provide an option to carry them if needed.
Spectators: Alpaca trekking is not really a spectator sport and we ask that everyone gets involved so we only offer two spectator tickets per trek. We also do not offer a 'share an alpaca' option as we like to keep our groups small to avoid stressing the animals.
Accessibility: We currently have no facilities for wheelchair users or push chairs due to the uneven ground. Please ensure you come prepared for the weather and ground conditions.
No shows and cancellations: We are unable to refund any no shows and we do require 48 hours notice for cancellations in order for a refund to be issued. We start the treks promptly; late attendance may mean you missing part of the Health & Safety talk and once alpacas are allocated, you will be unable to join the trek with no refund.
Punctuality: Please arrive five minutes before your trek start time. Early arrival is not permitted as the farm is where we live and we may be running our dogs or have other groups here before your booking commences.
Photos: We do take photographs throughout the trek. By booking with us we trust this accepted by you but please do let us know if you would prefer that no photos were taken of you or your group.
Weather: We run treks in all weather so please dress accordingly. If the weather is so severe that it compromises the welfare of our alpacas or the safety of guests, we will contact you on the morning of your trek to rearrange.
Covid-19: While the Covid-19 restrictions are in place, please be expected to dip your footwear in disinfectant and wash your hands before and after your experience. We will be taking safety measures with social distancing rules throughout your alpaca or farm experience.
